Terms and Conditions

1. General: " E-ONE" means E-ONE Computers Limited. "Products" means the product and or services supplied by E-ONE to the Customer. " Customer" means the user or entity purchasing the Products

2. Terms and Credit: E-ONE normal terms are Cash on Delivery. A Credit facility may be available on application. For those approved customers who qualify for credit (those who have submitted the VIP application for Business form and Personal Guarantee attached thereto, and whose application has been approved by E-ONE). Our terms are Net Maximum 7 days from date of invoice. E-ONE reserves the right at all times without notice and at it's sole discretion to: (a) refuse to grant credit; (b) suspend, withdraw or discontinue credit; (c) require fresh application/personal guarantee(s) to be submitted; (d) selectively withdraw any discount offerings; (e) charge interest on any balance. Remaining outstanding after the due date at a rate equivalent to the prevailing bank interest rate on unsecured loans.

Credit Limits may be adjusted from time to time at E-ONE's sole discretion.

3. Prices: The purchase price for the products is as per E-ONE quoted price, which is current at the time the Customer places the order for the products. E-ONE will use its best endeavors to keep its customers informed of the current prices for the products and notify the customer of any changes or variations to its current price list. For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding anything to the contrary. E-ONE may alter its prices without prior notice. All prices exclude GST, and already reflect 2% discount for Cash, Eftpos and Bank Cheque. Visa & Master Credit Card accepted but do not qualify for the 2% discount. Please add 2% on top of total amount for Visa & Master Card Payment.

4. Warranty: (a) All products purchased from E-ONE are covered by manufacture's warranty. All warranty conditions are subject to the manufacture's warranty condition. Please check for warranty details and the specified repair period for each product. (b) E-ONE will provide warranty service only in respect to products supplied by E-ONE. E-ONE will not provide warranty service in respect of any products that were purchased from or supplied by sources other than E-ONE. (c) The Customer cannot claim warranty service if the customer's account with E-ONE is not cleared in accordance with credit terms approved by E-ONE. E-ONE reserves the right to withhold or refuse warranty services whilst the customer's credit account is in arrears. (d) For all warranty services, must be presented the Invoice. (e) Warranty for Hard Parts, come with one year return to base parts warranty, service charge will apply if the return parts not faulty. (f) Warranty for PC System, come with one year return to base parts & labour warranty, software, virus & data problems are not covered by the warranty, service charge will apply. (g) Warranty for software, come with 30days warranty if the software's CD disc faulty (wont read, but not damage), due to copyright issues and virus risk, we are unable to accept returns of software. (H) Warranty for special orders (for by order's item), as you understand, no refunds, exchange, refusal of shipment and returns for all special orders. (I) Warranty for Printer & Scanner, come with manufacture's standard warranty. (J) Warranty products not necessary replaced with new stock, E-ONE reserve the right to decide in final solution if there is any discrepancy in any faulty products.

5. Orders: All purchase orders must be clearly state the follow: Customer's Name, Date, Billing Address, Delivery Address, Method of Dispatch, Contact Name, Telephone Number, Product Code, Product Description, Quantity, Price as Quoted, Payment Method, Order Reference Number. Orders not showing The above clearly may not be processed until verified.

6. Stock Items: All products are subject to availability.

7. Freight and Insurance: All prices quoted in the price list do not include freight, handling and insurance costs. These will show separately on official E-ONE invoices. All Freight Charge & Insurance Cost will be collected by the Customer.

8. Product Return: (a) Refund Policy: We do not have to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the products are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. (b) Product incorrectly delivered: If Product was delivered incorrectly or with damage, the customer must be notify E-ONE in writing within three (3) days of receipt of the Product. The notification must be quote the relevant invoice number and must include all the necessary details of incorrect delivery, or damage within three (3) days of receipt of the product, the Customer shall be deemed to have received the Product in good order and condition and that the same had been delivered in accordance with the Customer's order.

9. Liability: E-ONE will not be liable for may loss, damage or injury to the Customer or to any other person or to the property of the Customer or any other person arising out of the use or possession of the Products. No warranty is expressed or implied as to the quality or fitness of the Products for any particular purpose or otherwise.

10. Governing Law: These conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the Law of New Zealand.

11. Privacy Act: The Customer hereby authorizes E-ONE to: (a) obtain from a credit reporting agency a credit report concerning the Customer's credit information for the purpose of determining whether or not to supply the Products to the customer on credit or to collect unpaid accounts from the Customer; (b) give to and seek from any credit providers (including the customer's bankers) information about the Customer's credit arrangements. The Customer acknowledges that this information may include providers are allowed to give or receive from each other under Privacy Act; (c) report any overdue payments owing by the Customer to other credit provider or credit reporting agencies pursuant to the terms of the Privacy Act 1993; (d) make credit enquires of any person, company or firm (including the Customer's bankers) with whom the Customer had or may have dealings with concerning the Customer's Creditworthiness, credit history or credit capacity; (e) provide may third party with credit information about the Customer when requested.

12. Ownership and title of the Products do not pass to the Customer until paid in full to E-ONE. E-ONE reserves the right to collect unpaid products by peaceful means.
